Engr Jacob Bello is the General Manager (Sales & Marketing) of ARCO Maintenance & Engineering Ltd (AMEL).  He also doubles as the Regional Manager for South East Operations (Port Harcourt and environs).  Engr Bello holds a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Kaduna Polytechnic, and an MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick, Coventry, England. He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and also registered by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Engr. Bello gained extensive Engineering experiences in the then Projects and Engineering Division of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and Delta Steel Company (DSL) Limited, Ovwian Aladja before joining ARCO. He was Area Manager for South West Operation (Warri and environs) in ARCO before his movement to South East Operations.  He has been involved in sales and maintenance of Nuovo Pignone machinery and equipment in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industries for several years.
